Workshop Pass

The SharePoint Live! 360 Workshop Pass grants you access to one full-day workshop at SharePoint Live! / Live! 360 Orlando on either Monday, November 18 OR Friday, November 22, 2013.

Conference Proceedings

All SharePoint Live! / Live! 360 attendees will receive the Live! 360 Conference Proceedings DVD. The Live! 360 Proceedings DVD includes session slides, code, and demo files from each of the four co-located events.

Student / Educator

We offer full-time college students and faculty from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at 1.541.346.3537 and be prepared to provide a copy of your student identification card.

Government

Government employees with a .mil or .gov email address are eligible for a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at 1.541.346.3537.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds

You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by October 9, 2013. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after October 9 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that SharePoint Live! is canceled by 1105 Media, Inc., registration fees only will be refunded. No compensation will be made if one or more of the Live! 360 co-located conferences other than SharePoint Live! is canceled. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.

If you purchased the Complete Conference & Hotel Package, we will cancel your registration for you upon your written request. If your cancellation is received after the Early Bird deadline, full hotel charges may apply.

Registration Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this Website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.

Attendee Networking Forum

Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information one week prior to the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Orlando.

Special Requirements

If you foresee any special requirements while attending SharePoint Live 360! (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 541.346.3537 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Live! 360: Visual Studio Live!, SQL Server Live!, Modern Apps Live!, and SharePoint Live!, 1105 Media, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

SharePoint Live! / Live! 360 Anti-harassment Policy

SharePoint Live! 360 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including session content. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Live! 360: Visual Studio Live!, SQL Server Live!, Modern Apps Live!, and SharePoint Live!, without prior approval from 1105 Media, Inc.
