This session will cover what is new with social computing in the upcoming release of SharePoint. We will cover a wide variety of topics related to how these changes will affect you. My Sites, Tags, Notes, and more will be covered in detail. There will also be considerable emphasis on how the changes will affect you during your upgrade. We will touch on features, architecture, usability, and programming concerns. There will also be some time spent on how to customize the new features. Finally, we will talk about Yammer (recently acquired by Microsoft) and what role if any it will play in your social feature implementation.
